You can have dessert with breakfast! These salted caramel overnight oats hit that sweet spot while keeping it healthy. The key to the salt flavor is pink himalayan salt. Table salt will not create the same effect! I got mine from the Dollar Tree.
SALTED CARAMEL OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
2 medjool dates
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 cup oats (quick or rolled)
Optional toppings: peanut butter, banana, cacao nibs
Directions:
1. Blend the soy milk, dates, and salt in a blender.
2. Stir the milk mixture with the oats.
3. Let sit overnight in an airtight container.
4. Add additional toppings as you like.
