Ingredients:
1 16 oz bag tri-color coleslaw
1 tbsp red onion, minced
2 tbsp sugar (truvia is a good replacement)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mince the onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw, onion, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.
