Low-Carb Vegan Bagel Bites

Who doesn’t love the savory, satisfying taste of a bagel? But for those embracing a low-carb vegan lifestyle, the traditional bagel often feels like an indulgence better left untouched. Enter the game-changing snack: low-carb vegan bagel bites. These bite-sized treats deliver all the bagel goodness you crave, without the carb overload.

The secret to these bagel bites lies in their base ingredients: almond flour and yogurt. Almond flour, packed with protein and healthy fats, creates a light yet satisfying texture. It’s a fantastic gluten-free alternative to traditional wheat flour. For the yogurt, I have only used almond milk yogurt, but feel free to use other kinds as well to recipe test on your own. I also add baking soda in order to reduce the tang from the yogurt.

The result are delicious little bites that give you the indulgence of bagels without the guilt.
